Changed your mind about your order? No problem! At Convallaria, you can easily return it.
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order without giving any reason and you will receive a full refund. Return costs are at your own expense.
The following conditions apply to returns:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Tags must still be attached to the items.
- Not worn (trying on is allowed).
- Not washed and free from perfume or unpleasant odors.
- No stains, such as makeup.
- No defects.
Don't forget to fill in the return form and include it with your return. Send the product, along with the completed return form, at your own expense to the address on the form. Use a traceable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt.
Return costs (the costs for sending it back) are at your own expense. Check the websites of carriers like Bpost, DHL or PostNL for exact rates.
